All Rinnai tankless water heaters get a rebate when installed. In most cases $500.00

where do you get the rebate

Hello tim, if you look up mass save or gas networks you should be able to find and print out a rebate form. You will need some of the installers info. Your heater could have one of a number of issues. It should be flashing a trouble code that is listed either on the inside of the cover or in the manual. Hope this helps.

Having problems with my rinnai r 75 ls. The water heater shuts off and will beep repeatedly. Any ideas why this might be happening? I try to reset it by turning it off then on again, but have no success.I would be grateful for any suggestions you may have. Tim
